1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Apki.shop ("the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Apki.shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Offered

Apki.shop is an e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of consumer goods, including but not limited to mobile accessories, electronics, fashion, and household items. Our services include:

• Online product browsing and purchase facilitation
• Order management and tracking
• Secure payment processing via multiple channels
• Customer support and dispute resolution
• Affiliate partner program
• Seller and merchant listing services

3. Eligibility & User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years of age or use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian
2. Be a resident of Pakistan or have a valid shipping address within Pakistan (for international orders, additional terms apply)
3. Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
4. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Payment

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an order on Apki.shop:

• You receive an order confirmation via email/SMS; this does not constitute acceptance of your order
• We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our sole discretion
• Orders may be canceled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud
• A binding contract is formed only upon dispatch of the product or confirmation of successful payment processing

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across most regions in Pakistan
• Mobile wallets: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Raast
• Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay
• Bank transfer and PayFast integration

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. USD prices are approximate and updated daily for reference only; final checkout will be charged in PKR at the prevailing rate.

• Product prices may change without notice due to market conditions, seller updates, or promotional periods
• We strive to maintain accurate stock information but cannot guarantee availability until your order is confirmed
• In the event of a pricing error (typographical or otherwise), we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery location

Coupon codes are subject to specific terms (expiry, minimum cart value, product restrictions) and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1 Domestic Delivery (Pakistan)

• Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days for most cities; up to 10 business days for remote areas
• Express Delivery: 1 to 2 business days (where available) at an additional charge
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before 2 PM

6.2 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, you must contact the courier or our support team within 48 hours to reschedule. Unclaimed orders will be returned to the seller and may be subject to a restocking fee.

6.3 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email. Use our Track Order page for real-time status updates.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to shop with confidence. Our 7-Day Return Policy covers eligible products. Key points include:

• Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
• Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as Apki.shop wallet credit (your choice)

8. Prohibited Uses

Users of Apki.shop agree NOT to:

1. Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
2. Use false or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order
3. Manipulate prices, coupons, or promotional offers through fraudulent means
4. Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or hack the Platform's infrastructure or security
5. Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data without written permission
6. List, buy, or sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or hazardous products
7. Engage in price gouging, reselling, or bulk purchasing for commercial resale without authorization
8. Submit false reviews, ratings, or reports against sellers or other users
9. Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, sellers, or Apki.shop staff

9. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Apki.shop — including but not limited to the logo, trademarks, design, layout, text, graphics, product images, icons, software, and the compilation of product listings — are the exclusive property of Apki.shop or its licensors and are protected under Pakistani copyright and trademark laws, as well as international intellectual property treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of this Platform for commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Apki.shop, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the total amount you paid to Apki.shop in the six (6) months preceding the claim or PKR 50,000, whichever is lower
• We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, virus-free, or that defects will be corrected
• We are not liable for any acts or omissions of third-party sellers, courier partners, payment gateways, or service providers, except as expressly required by Pakistani consumer protection laws

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apki.shop, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from:

1. Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
2. Your misuse of the Platform or any breach of applicable law
3. Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform that infringes third-party rights
4. Fraudulent transactions made using your account credentials

12. Changes to Terms

Apki.shop may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post a notice on our homepage or send an email notification to registered users (for significant changes)
• Give you at least 15 days to review the updated Terms before they take effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
